Three looping envelopes 2 on quadra and one pip slope. Forming a minimal rhythm. It's not stable. I make it even more unstable by injecting some cv to one of the envelopes. Maybe i injected a little to much? cool anyway.

3 cell quantussy patch. One cell acts as "controller cell". When the controller cell starts a new cycle a noise is heard defining the start of one cycle and at the same time the ending of the previous. Here we have three short cycle.

Quick flourishes of synth keys going up and down the pentatonic scale. Synth used was the korg ms 20 mini, analogue and monophonic. Subtle filtering and echo was placed on the recordings, as well as some reversing.

Made some adjustements and a new recording. Terrible result but fun work/programming!. Algorithmic drone music program. The computer is my analog modular synth. 01 to 08 are clock sequencer steps. 00 rem osc_1 - wave shaped sin oscillator (osc) - tuned to 130hz00 rem osc_2 - clean sin from oscillator - tuned to 130hz00 rem osc_3 - sqr from oscillator through filter - osc tuned to 130hz00 rem clk speed = 0. 5 hz00 rem line 01 each of the 3 vcas gets an unique cv value ([gate] -> [3 s/h] -> [3 vca])00 rem ---------------------------------------------------01 sample values for vca (cv in) x 3 (osc_1, osc_2, osc_3)02 sample frq for osc_103 sample frq for osc_204 sample new clk speed05 sample frq for vibrato in osc_106 sample frq for osc_307 env to all vca08 sample cv for (osc_3) filter10 goto 01. Another one with 1 looping envelope and 2 vclfos in a dance. I start the recording with the looping envelope in non looping mode. After about 33 sec i switch to looping-mode. Records and hope that a pattern should emerge. So, what do you think? one more time i switch looping mode off and then on. Cool technique.

A synthetic bass multisample. I created it using the virsyn cube additive synthesizer (vsti). I applied some eq using the sonalksis sv-517 equalizer plugin. The sound was compressed by the sonalksis sv-315 and nomad factory blue tubes cp2s compressor plugins. All great quality plugs. The sound is a nice but rather static emulation of a bass guitar. Use your sampler's velocity and pitch bending options to bring this multisample to life. All samples in a 24 bit, 44. 1 khz resolution. Loop points were added for sustained notes.

Testing/documening my nonlinearcircuits timbre!. "this is basically a clone of the buchla timbre found in the easel. ". Sound:1. Sine wave not going throught wave folder2. Sine wave though wave folder3. Triangle though wave folder4. Square through wave folder5. Saw through wave folder. An lfo is modulating the bias. No, when going through the folder the there is never a sinus wave. . . Next time. . . Also it is a matter of calibration. I should check it out.

Today i'm supposed to play with my modular, or anything. As long as i'm not disturb the boys watching gremlins down stairs. . . Okay. I put some modules out for sale. Made this. The sound is generated by self oscillating vcfs. I love sinus wave. I will sell my triple oscillator now. It does not have sinus wave! the randomness is generated to old fashion way. I don't have any fancy random trigger modules. Bla bla bla. . . I stop there.

No, i cant really describe what this is! but i use a ring modulator. Two audio signals goes in. I guess the side band frequencies goes out??? or?! anyway the original frequencies are also in the mix. So, two audio signal and the result from a diy ring mod. Have to learn more. . . Read below!!! in this sound you are listening to, the result, the ring modulation, carrier signal and modulator signal. After some research. . . I write this for myself. . . Correct me if i'm wrong!!!from youtube (audiocollage)ring modulation is the sum and the differences of the carrier and modulator signal. Feed the ring modulator with 261,626hz and 391,995hz and you get (261,626 + 391,995) 653,621hz and (391,995 - 261,626) 130,369hz. From wikipedia". . . Neither the carrier nor the incoming signal is prominent in the outputs, and ideally, not at all. "". . . In the basic case where two sine waves of frequencies f1 and f2 (f1 < f2) are multiplied, two new sine waves are created, with one at f1 + f2 and the other at f2 – f1. The two new waves are unlikely to be harmonically related and (in a well-designed ring modulator) the original signals are not present. It is this that gives the ring modulator its unique tones. ". Above is true when using pure sine waves! waves with no harmonics. I have a passive diy ring modulator. I guess it's not acting "perfect". . .
